In the interest of fish welfare as the result of higher than average fish losses this year the Management Committee have deceided to implement following temporary rules, they will apply until further notice.

·       One rod per member
·       Members only – no guest day permits
·       Unhooking mats MUST be used for carp on the stagings and are advised elsewhere
·       No boilies or artificial baits
·       No imitation baits
·       No cat meat
·       No ground bait or method feeders
·       No minimum line strength
·       No braided line
·       Maximum hook size No 10 – no barbs
·       No braided hook lengths
·       Fish must be returned to the water ASAP
·       Fish must not be dropped or mishandled
·       Juniors under 16 years MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times
·       All Club Rules apply
·       Membership cards must be produced to a bailiff or any Club member on request.

Leave no litter – no smoking – no fires

Increased bailiff supervision will include hook, bait & tackle checks

Members breaking the rules will have Club membership suspended
